Refund Policy for Strogen Nutrition

At Strogen Nutrition, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund Policy below.


  1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:


- The product's lid seal is unopened and intact;

- The product is returned to us within 15 days of the delivery date;

- You provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice;

- The product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.


  1. Ineligible for Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if the lid seal of the product has been opened. This is due to health and safety concerns as well as the quality assurance of our products.


  1. Refund Process

If you would like to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at contact@strogen.in within 15 days of the delivery date;
  • In your email, include a brief explanation of the reason for the return;
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return address;
  • Return the product(s) to us in the original packaging, ensuring they are in the same condition as when you received them. Please include a copy of the invoice in the return package, as it contains your order number and other necessary details for processing the refund;
  • Once we receive the returned product(s), along with the invoice, we will review the items to determine if you are eligible for a refund. This review will be completed within 4 business days from the date we receive the product(s). We will inform you via email about your eligibility for a refund;
  • If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 7 to 14 business days from the date of our eligibility email for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Example Timeline: Assume you return a product to us, and we receive it on the 1st of the month. We will determine your eligibility for a refund by the 5th of the month (within 4 business days). If eligible, we will send you an email on the 5th confirming your eligibility. From the 5th, please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Therefore, the refund should be completed between the 12th and the 25th of the month.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the product purchase. After confirming your eligibility for a refund, please allow 7 to 14 business days from the date of our eligibility email for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
